How it Works
When you contact us, you will be given an indicative offer, which is based on your personal view of the property value. We will then do our own desktop valuation, and give you an offer based on that. If you are interested in proceeding, then we may send out an RICS surveyor, and perform some due diligence on the property. The results of those investigations will set the price for the formal offer. At that point, you can choose whether to go ahead with the sale.
